Method 1: Water
What do you need?
- A double container (top comes with holes & bottom comes without holes), seeds and water.
Step 1: Soak seeds for 8 hours using tap water
Step 2: Rinse and sow seeds evenly on top of double container, fill bottom container with filtered / tap water
What do you need?
Step 3: Put the double container on windowsill with partial sunlight
Step 4: Change filtered / tap water everyday
Step 5: Ready to harvest on day 8
To regrow, repeat step 4.
Method 2: Compost / Soil
What do you need?
- A shallow pot or flat tray, compost or soil, seeds and water sprayer. Tissue towel is optional.
Step 1: Soak seeds for 8 hours using tap water
Step 2: Rinse and sow seeds evenly on compost (1 inch) or soil (1 inch)
Step 3: Spray water and put the pot or tray on windowsill with partial sunlight, please ensure the compost / soil is moist enough. You can cover the seeds with a tissue towel for one night.
Step 4: Spray water everyday
Step 5: Ready to harvest on day 8
To regrow, start spraying water again.
